Managers of campus courses can have some pretty big worries if their administration doesn’t pay attention. From a mission-oriented perspective, an online course is no big deal as long as you can stick to the curriculum and the instructors are staying on top of updates and small adjustments. But it gets increasingly harder to run classes if you’re struggling to manage students. In that case, the burden can fall on management to make sure this new generation of internet-only students doesn’t cost the school money, as well as inconveniencing students.
