Why Is Online Learning Good

It’s a positive for efficiency, but most of us aren’t completely sold on online learning as a solution.
Yes, I’m a believer.

Both professional and individual training programs offer countless benefits for the students attending.

Deciding whether to go for career training online or via a brick-and-mortar facility may bring a sense of uncertainty due to the perception that online training programs typically lack certain benefits. But there are many ways that online learning programs are for good, as indicated by the various testimonials, which, at times, force us to question the doubts. These positive messages constitute yet another arrow in the quiver that advises parents to take the risks that cannot be prevented and invest in their children.

According to a New York Times review, “95% of students who report success on online programs have returned for another month or more. But perhaps more important, other studies have shown online students tend to outperform those who receive in-person training and improvement at the same time.” Therefore, a study of the lessons learned on e-learning programs can best be deemed a great “consumer learning”, which is why it is something which parents should consider. The second study mentioned above as published in an e-learning magazine, pointed out the following fact: “The availability of online instruction can be critical for large numbers of students”.

Online platforms for education can be found in all fields, as outlined by Christiane Greentree, Technical Education Editor. In an e-learning article, she said, “There is online academic business school in Bangalore, online corporate higher education in Africa and South America and – like every technology brand now – a brand of online technology schooling.”

The schools featured in that list include E-Learning International, Education Alliance International, Rio Tech Tech, IIS College, Avanti International, iEdu University, the Institute of Computer Studies, Symbiosis, etc. It is true that such companies do not offer sole technical course but individuals with interests in specialty areas such as law, accounting, business, accounting, physical science, software engineering, and information technology are equipped to enter into comprehensive programs made exclusively for their academic specialty.

Additionally, many highly accredited and reputed programmes provide free online learning options for students by virtue of their affiliation with known schools. Many programs of the aforementioned schools have credits which can be earned through distance learning. After successfully completing the 12-module course within two semesters or 48 weeks at an accredited distance learning institution, the student is eligible to sit for the exam for their degree. The credential of an IICA degree is accredited by Council for Higher Education Accreditation (CHEA). This means students taking courses in this area are aware that they are taking courses from an institution that will qualify them for their degree.

And to take into consideration the fact that our studies proved that online schools do not compare with their counterparts – in-person schools. Such institutions are only offering the concept of learning through education. The two mediums have been doing exactly the same. They have been adhering to same regulations which govern them to participate in teaching courses for their students. Unlike their offline counterparts, the online education schools are offering the real experience that students require in order to be equipped with knowledge. Moreover, online education is receiving enhanced attention from people who fail to understand and view the advantage of accessing content online.

In contrast, many employees hold an adverse view about opting for remote and online education for “solving everyday issues”, which is defined as “relieving colleagues, assisting customers, or taking care of daily duties”. This latter purpose is only giving rise to cases like workers up for feedback or academic assignments seeking to change it online. This attitude is not only viewed as another instance of untimely solutions not meeting the needs of the particular case, but it is usually similar to “business users wanting to be more connected or give out as many leads online as offline”.
