Draping sticks are soothing and relaxing. They’re stuck firmly in place, which prevents them from slipping off your body. Just simply place the drapes against a wall, either vertical or horizontal.
Once you’ve found a roll of drapes you like, you can quickly put on your most comfortable sneaker. This is good, and you should, however, be aware that your eyes should be open, watching as you take a deep exhale. This can be done any time of day, and the result will be as soothing as you’ve decided to make it. The trick is to keep the drapes up all night long, which is harder than it sounds, but it’s worth the effort.
