This week’s episode of Willie Nelson Presents Willie Nelson Presents “Way Out West” is better than any of the artist’s classics.

Who knew that every time you started off a trip with Uber, you were actually going to get a very specific amount of money that you were going to spend in a route and a specific time-period. If you really wanted to be honest with yourself, though, there are a couple of reasons that it probably wasn’t 100% fair for you to choose Uber over taking a normal cab cab (a less expensive cab cab would have still been perfectly fine, if you asked me).
Uber works when:
you request an Uber pickup. As long as you’re willing to accept a single fare, you’re going to get the amount of money you requested.
you request an Uber drop-off. If you’re coming home, you can request a single fare and it will go off with less hassle. If you’re going out to dinner, a single fare will probably not get you very far. Uber self-monitors all your trip information and if someone using the app requests a drop-off but doesn’t want to receive a single fare, you’ll get a message that says “I tried an Uber for this purpose but instead of receiving a single fare, I received a single fare with a caveat.” Wait for the caveat, which might be the various destinations that the fare was meant to take you to. If you are happy with the exact destination, you can take the trip.
Uber works when:
you want to request a ride that’s for later in the day. If you’re willing to wait a few hours to request a ride, Uber can connect you to the specific drop-off location. Generally, your fare would be based on your personal pick-up and drop-off fee.
